Mark Lee is a full time real estate agent licensed in the State of Florida. Mark Lee and his team are the highest selling team in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze & Pensacola real estate market for 2008 & 2009. Mark became the managing broker for Levin-Rinke Resort Realty in April of 2007. They have attained this success by knowing the market and committing to exceeding their clients expectations. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Political Science and his masters’ degree in Psychology from Georgia State. Being a native of the Pensacola area gives Mark first hand knowledge of the trends and history of this community’s real estate market. Mark is a member of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church where he serves as a Stephen Minister and is a loyal Gator fan. He serves on the board of directors for Favor House and the leadership council for Covenant Hopsice. He currently resides in Gulf Breeze and is an avid runner and swimmer. He has competed in numerous athletic events through the years. Mark has been awarded WCR’s Top Gun Award for the past 7 years and has sold over 80 million dollars of real estate. Cherry Fitch joined Mark E. Lee in 2006 after spending 35 years in the Gulf Breeze School system as a teacher. Guidance counselor, assistant principal and most recently principal of Gulf Breeze High School. Cherry is a full time real estate agent licensed in the State of Florida asnd specializes in Relocation services and assisting Buyers in finding their perfect home. She received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of West Florida. She holds two masters degrees; one from the University of West Florida in education and the second in counseling from Troy State College. Cherry has received numerous honors throughout her years in Gulf Breeze High School and was recently chosen as High School Principal of the Year from the State of Florida. Cherry is a native of the area and resides in Gulf Breeze. She is a member of the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, Local Rotary Club, Board member for WSRE and the Gulf Breeze chamber and serves on the planning council for Gulf breeze development. She enjoys Golfing and interior design. With the continued expansion of our internet business, Gary Michaels joins Mark and Cherry after 20 years in the healthcare industry. His most recent position was Vice President of Operations for Delta health group. He has joined the team to oversee internet web advertising, internet business, and marketing. He is a Full time Real estate Agent and specializes with Listing & Selling property in the Area. Gary received his BA in Accounting and marketing from Adams State College. He also holds his masters degree in Business from Nova University. Gary is a member of Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church and serves as a Stephne Minister. He enjoys running, working out, home renovating and boating. Gary served on the board of directors for Mana food bank and currently serving on the Leadership council for Hospice. Besides Gary’s extensive sales and marketing experience, he has renovated several properties over the past 5 years and brings this expertise and contacts to clients. |
