Pensacola Beach has finished its $20m beach renourishment project, Via de Luna construction is now complete with 4 lanes & lush landscaping.  The new Portofino boardwalk is compete with more upscale shops and restaurants.  All within an easy walk, trolley ride or non-stop boat ride from Portofino away. 

Pensacola and the beaches offers a wide array of festivals and event throughout the year.  Vacationers and second home buyers find us the ideal spot because of easy access to airports and significantly less traffic congestion of the Destin area.

The Bwach Club Resort Residence & Spa officially opened in the spring of 2008 to rave reviews.   This is a "must-see " of real estate on the Gulf Coast.
